The 2nd Avenue Deli reopened a while back on 33rd Street, just off of 3rd Avenue. Not that I’d recommend going there, when you can just drive up to Montreal and go to Schwartz’s!
I’ve only had the sandwich at Lester’s, last year. Perhaps I’ll try Schwartz’s next weekend for a fair comparison. Yes, that’s right. I’m going back to Montreal for a smoked meat sandwich (no Grand Prix this year).
