Indeed. I had my first smoked meat sandwich during a visit on Memorial Day weekend last year. I am returning in two weeks, mainly for the sandwich. The only thing wrong with this picture is that I don’t see any pickles. You need ‘em to emulsify the fat so you can eat more smoked meat.
