giantevilhead: As a fan of mojitos (before they were so hip I might add) it stands to reason that the natural progression would lead me to caipirinhas. What can I say… I’m a sucker for sugar and lime and lots of mint all mixed together with liquor. You’ve put my brain on island time, dammit. So far, I’ve only had them made with Pitu cachaca, but it’s a little rough. Maybe one of these days, I’ll happen across some Leblon, lime, mint, sugar and ice all at the same time.
